Job Summary

A smart home company is seeking a Remote Analytics Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help design, build, and maintain an enterprise data warehouse platform
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to provide timely, accurate, & reliable data
  • Constantly evaluate and optimize deployment of data architecture to achieve greater efficiency and reliability

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must have a passion for data and helping the business turn data into information and action
  • 1+ years of professional data modeling and data warehousing development experience
  • Strong professional experience with complex SQL and the principles data warehouse design
  • 1+ years of professional experience with cloud data warehousing technologies (Snowflake or Redshift)
  • BA/BS or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, other technical field, or relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of professional experience with Git and code reviews
