Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Analytics Engineering Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day responsibilities and development of 2 - 3 Analytics Engineers
- Shepard the full lifecycle of a project
- Incorporate static loads from disparate sources into a unified view for analytics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing a small team in the analytics/data space
- Have spent the last few years working in the analytics stack of a high-growth company
- See the value of accurate documentation as one of the keys to scaling and are a strong written communicator
- Have production experience with some portions of our analytics stack
- Experience partnering with analytics teams, business stakeholders, and engineers to deliver analytics solutions
- It is second nature breaking down a complex problem into specific tasks and creating a plan for how to tackle those tasks
