Job Summary
A healthcare information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Analytics Implementation Specialist I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a training point of contact for designated group of new clients, including complex enterprise and network clients
- Consult with clients to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate data analyst solutions to meet their needs
- Participate in initial Client Kick-Off Calls, conduct online trainings, and guide the client through onboarding from sales to support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of professional experience in account management, project management, training
- Knowledge of the long term and post-acute care industry
- Knowledge of healthcare informatics and analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
