Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong leadership skills, with a passion for building flexible and diverse teams
- 5+ years in a customer-facing sales, technical architecture, or consulting role in SaaS enterprise software
- Exceptional problem solving, analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Situational fluency. The ability to be strategic and direct your team one minute and jump into the details
- Exceptional communication skills with all levels of management
- The ability to work independently and remotely in an environment that changes rapidly
