Job Summary

A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Ancillary and Claim Edits Coding Specialist in Ann Arbor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Code accounts on a timely basis
• Abstract outpatient data into EPIC abstract
• Review the Electronic Health Record to determine Principal diagnoses

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to utilize 3M Audit Expert, NCCI & OCE edits, LCD's & NCD's
• Ability to utilize 3M electronic encoder and electronic code book
• Ability to investigate and track unbilled accounts in EPIC
