Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Android and Energy Senior Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Build features for smart thermostats and energy-related services
- Participate in building the Android Home app to support the smart home devices
- Work with dedicated UX and Product Management teams to help build the best user experience for our products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of software development experience
- 5 years with an advanced degree
- Experience with mobile application development or Android framework development
- Knowledge of the Android SDK performance tools and optimization techniques
