Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Android Mobile Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Partner closely with product and design to build dynamic and engaging user experiences that empower our customers to live better lives
  • Coach and mentor our engineers so they grow in their craft of creating and maintaining high quality software and supporting systems
  • Build best-in-class financial products using state-of-the-art tech and design patterns

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience mentoring and leading teams
  • Experience building interactive iOS or Android applications using Objective-C, Swift, Java, or Kotlin
  • Experience or interest in learning Dart and Flutter to help propel us as we continue to lean into this exciting and promising cross-platform stack
  • A strong desire to lead initiatives to ensure we are providing as much value as possible to our customers
  • The ability to make the tradeoffs required to ship without compromising quality
  • Collaborativeness and excitement to partner with your teammates
