- Help run Agile ceremonies such as stand ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc
- Conduct meaningful 1 on 1's with team members
- Help recruit, maintain, and guide talented engineers for your team to the next level
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience leading a team of engineers
- 5+ years experience developing Native Android applications for mobile
- Solid understanding of how to effectively manage people and situations
- Solid understanding of Computer Science principles and best practices
