Job Summary
A cloud communications company is seeking a Remote Android Video SDK Staff Software Engineer .
Must be able to:
- Leverage skills in Kotlin, Java and the Android SDK to solve problems end-to-end
- Own the design and development of significant new features end-to-end
- Ship high quality code, with predictable velocity, on a regular cadence
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Java Native Interface (JNI) and Android NDK
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of experience with software development lifecycle and processes
- An experienced Android developer, passionate about building quality software
- Experience with Network Protocols (HTTP, WebSockets)
- Experience building open source software
