Job Summary
A nonprofit dedicated to protecting companion animals from cruelty is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Animal Care Advocate Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving customers by providing product and service information, resolving problems
- Receiving calls from pet insurance customers
- Managing inquiries and feedback from clients and customers via chat
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate or customer service team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience learning and using new technology
- History of ethical and professional conduct
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
