Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Animal Free Science Research Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining expertise in non-animal test methods and international regulatory requirements
  • Independently researching and interpreting a variety of issues related to replacing animal testing
  • Making and maintaining contacts with major corporations

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Masters or PhD degree in toxicology or closely related field
  • Knowledge of animal-testing issues and scientific terminology
  • Familiarity with federal and international regulatory requirements
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of scientists and media representatives
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical documents
