Remote Annuity Modeling Actuary

Job Summary

Leading the design, enhancement, and implementation of AXIS models, the full-time Remote Annuity Modeling Actuary will support VM-22 valuation and risk governance for Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs), Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuities (MYGAs), and Single Premium Immediate Annuities (SPIAs).

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance AXIS models for valuation and risk governance
• Implement solutions to support VM-22 compliance for various annuity products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective modeling practices

Required qualifications

• ASA or FSA designation
• 5+ years of experience in Annuity Asset Liability Management (ALM), Cash Flow Testing (CFT), or stochastic modeling
• Experience with AXIS modeling software is preferred
