Job Summary
A retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Remote Anthem Medicare D Client Operations Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Requesting and providing call log universe reports (Med D)
- Supporting action plan or Corrective Action Plan creation & remediation efforts
- Addressesing client's Customer Care and Mail Ops inquiries, issues and leads all aspects of performance metrics
Qualifications Include:
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
- Medicare Part D experience
- 4 or more years in PBM Operations experience or 3 years PBM Operations experience plus 1 or more years of Healthcare Project Team or consulting experience
