Job Summary
A company that provides a peer-to-peer political text messaging platform is in need of a Remote Anti Racism Training Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating a library of resources to select from for training
- Developing regular training sessions
- Facilitating discussion components and action items
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to help facilitate training through direct facilitation and training others in the company
- Able to educate employees on how white privilege and supremacy manifest themselves in work
- Any other applicable experience
