Remote AP Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Consultant: AP Manager, a remote position in the Healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accounts payable function, including invoicing, GL, supplier maintenance, and disbursements
• Manage the travel and expense (T&E) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform detailed analysis of financial data and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable management, preferably in the Healthcare industry
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Workday, and GHX
• Proven experience managing T&E processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insightful financial reports
• A commitment to continuous learning and the ability to train and mentor AP staff
