A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote AP Specialist in Oakland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing vouchers for all payment types
- Reviewing, validating, and processing all invoices and authorizations for payment
- Attending meetings and site visits relative to assigned programs
Position Requirements Include:
- The role is currently work-from-home and may require moving to the office environment after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the Organization
- AA in Accounting required
