Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote API Java Microservices Senior Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing solutions for integrating systems via web services and APIs
  • Building microservices that provide API endpoints for public-facing applications
  • Quickly adapting to the new technologies and work towards development goals

Qualifications Include:

  • 5-8 years of experience in design and development of Java/J2EE based applications
  • Proven expertise in multi-tier application development, and familiarity with design considerations
  • Solid experience in frameworks, Spring, Hibernate, Restful web services, JSON parsing, WebLogic/JBoss/Tomcat
  • Experience in development tools like NetBeans, Eclipse, Putty, WSFTP, Toad/SQL Developer
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
