Job Summary

A footwear and apparel manufacturer and retailer is seeking a Remote Apparel Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, culture add and salary requirements
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension and negotiation
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple level corporate and retail openings and candidates during high volume periods

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate/retail recruiting, recruitment agency or similar
  • Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting strategies
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience
