A comprehensive health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Appeal and Grievance Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching incoming electronic appeals, complaints and grievance
- Researching Standard Plan Design or Certification of Coverage
- Researching claim processing logic
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in reading or researching benefit language
- 1-2 years experience with claim platforms, products, and benefits
- 1-2 years experience patient management; product or contract drafting; compliance and regulatory analysis
