Job Summary

A health services company is in need of a Remote Appeals and Grievances Analyst 2.

Must be able to:

  • Review and research provider payment dispute cases and follows up on resolution
  • Maintain information to log incoming correspondences, tracking dispositions
  • Monitor all incoming provider payment dispute channels including mail, fax and phone

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in health plan operations setting required,
  • Experience in various claim pricing methodologies
  • Certified Claim Coder preferred
