Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Appeals and Grievances Representative Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Researching and resolving written complaints and complex or multi-issue provider complaints
- Analyzing and identifying trends for appeals and grievances
- Communicating with appropriate parties regarding appeals and grievance issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience in a call center environment analyzing and solving customer problems
- OR 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment
- Beginner level of experience with Microsoft Word (create, edit, format documents) and Microsoft Excel
