Job Summary
A health and human service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Appeals Manager in Pittsford.
Must be able to:
- Manage teams ensuring they follow company policies and procedures
- Administer performance management processes
- Assist teams when necessary in coordination of case processing and workload adjustment
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university required, preferred field of study in Health Services
- Five years’ work in team-based operations
- Experience with DME required
- Minimum of three years management experience; Or related clinical experience
- Experience working with Quality Assurance
- Demonstration of year-over-year improved efficiency and innovation
