Job Summary
A virtual administrative support provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Appellate Paralegal.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting documents from both templates and software
- Writing briefs, motions, and supplemental documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years working as a paralegal in a Florida litigation practice
- Significant experience preparing appellate briefs
- Experience with Shepardizing
- Experience using practice management software
- Laptop and smart phone with broadband access to Internet
