Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Appliance Representative to provide customer service and support for appliance replacement orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles inbound phone calls regarding appliance replacement orders and provides customer service for upgrades and cash-in-lieu options
  • Interprets customer contracts to determine appropriate replacement models based on current appliances
  • Assists customers in finding comparable replacement appliances from an approved list of vendors and resolves escalated customer service issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have internet access with minimum 4.6Mbps upload/download speeds
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
