Job Summary
An appliance manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Appliance Customer Service Expert in Memphis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving incoming contacts from consumers needing assistance with parts and accessories
- Establishing a connection with the consumer, leveraging various tools in a fast paced organization
- Navigating through various computer systems (Microsoft Office systems) and applications, using a desktop
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years in a customer related field
- Proven strong attendance record; schedule adherence
- Ability to analyze data and determine appropriate transfer/processing
- Decision making using good judgement
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
