Job Summary
A financial company is in need of a Remote Applicant Experience Product Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate and lead discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Partner closely with key business and technology stakeholders
- Contribute to and manage the product vision, roadmap and backlog
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Had proven success in working with a pod or team that includes engineering, design, and stakeholders to prioritize and ship
- Experience in cross-functional management with the goal to drive success of their product
- Are comfortable with rapid A/B testing, iterating, and reporting out on results
- Understand how to gather and interpret complex data and use it to create successful content
