Job Summary

Work with senior leaders to translate current processes into applications that drive the highest level of customer satisfaction during the hyper-growth phase.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Owns management of Applications related to all Customer Operations (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Onboarding/Management)
Manage a new implementation of Salesforce
Develop a comprehensive CMS system (Airtable used currently)
Build new systems, processes, and results with Leaders of Sales, Marketing, Customer Ops, and Product teams.
Own the Data: Provide analysis and intelligence from our customer and sales data
Leverage Splunk or related data pools to surface trends and support team KPIs
Get stuff done:
With minimal guidance, develops cost-effective information technology solutions by creating new or modifying existing software applications that are moderately complex.
Analyzes and validates moderately complex system requirements and existing business processes and information systems. Develops and implements new programs and/or modifications of existing applications.
Code, test, debug, document, and implement moderately complex software applications according to standards
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Education:
BS in Computer Science required
Experience:
2+ years of experience in application management of similar role
Ability to be successful in a constant change environment and to be surrounded by a team passionate about our mission to bring virtual engagement to work, learning, and play.
Flexible and ability to pivot on priorities with little to no notice.
2+ experience in Salesforce administration
General ability to code
Experience with systems analyst processes and methodology
