Job Summary

A human resources firm is filling a position for a Remote Application Architect.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with Development, Product Management, and Quality Assurance Leadership to plan and deliver on the entire product lifecycle
  • Collaborating with senior managers to determine business-specific application needs
  • Leading application development and supervise the design, testing, and modification stages

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in computer science specializing in software engineering, application development, or similar
  • Minimum of five years’ experience as an Application Architect, preferably in a related industry
  • Being highly proficient in programming tools and languages, such as SQL and Java
  • Having a strong foundation in Test-driven development, including Unit, Application, and Integration testing
  • Having passion for understanding, following industry trends, and how those trends can influence the company
