Remote Application Developer
Job Summary
To support critical banking operations, the full-time Remote Application Developer will maintain and enhance legacy FIS Profile DDA applications, lead upgrade assessments, and provide technical expertise across multiple branch instances.
Key responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and amend legacy application software to meet complex business requirements
- Lead upgrade assessment efforts and conduct design workshops for system updates
- Provide end-to-end technical support for all core banking environments, ensuring quality assurance and compliance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on core deposit applications and DDA environments
- Mastery of MUMPS programming language and operational knowledge of FIS Profile v6.2 / AMR99
- Strong proficiency in PowerBuilder for maintaining legacy front-end user interfaces
- Experience with PSL (Profile Scripting Language) for platform scripting
- Familiarity with deployment and operational tools such as UrbanCode, Perforce, and ServiceNow
