Job Summary

An application developer is filling a position for a Remote Application Member Loyalty Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review and resolve incoming and existing member inquiries via Zendesk
  • Respond to member reviews within the designated turnaround time
  • Thoroughly document Zendesk support tickets with detailed information

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a service oriented customer facing role
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • The ability to assist the Engineering and Growth units with member feedback
  • Analytical skills to track and report recurring member concerns
