Job Summary
An application developer is filling a position for a Remote Application Member Loyalty Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and resolve incoming and existing member inquiries via Zendesk
- Respond to member reviews within the designated turnaround time
- Thoroughly document Zendesk support tickets with detailed information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service oriented customer facing role
- Experience working in a startup environment
- The ability to assist the Engineering and Growth units with member feedback
- Analytical skills to track and report recurring member concerns
