Job Summary
A technology company which develops cloud-based software is seeking a Remote Application Performance Monitoring Product Management Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning product direction for APM team in partnership with the head of APM Engineering
- Finding out what works and opportunities to improve the product experience
- Shipping UX that allows power users to go deep and new users to intuitively understand how to get started
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS/BA degree required in Computer Science or Engineering or applicable work experience
- 15+ years demonstrated experience in Product Management/Engineering
- Previous experience with Observability tools
- Expertise in making product decisions using data analytics and understanding product usage patterns
- A love for delightful UX and a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience with monitoring tools
