Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Application Security APPSEC Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Compose security documentation identifying risks and severity of findings for system owners
  • Enter findings and vulnerabilities into the IBM Rational Tool Suite
  • Automate repetitive security procedures

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Associates degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or related
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts/developers
  • Strong understanding of Java development
