Job Summary
A company providing lease purchasing technology is in need of a Remote Application Security Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing subject matter expertise and analysis for information security matters
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of architectural plans, roadmaps, and designs
- Providing consultation and oversight on key initiatives and projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technology related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Security Engineer or Architect
- Relevant Security certifications
- Knowledge of secure build and configuration standards
- Background in vulnerability identification including extensive OWASP knowledge
- Understanding of network based, system level and application layer attacks
