Job Summary
A financial software development company is filling a position for a Remote Application Security Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead our application security reviews and threat modeling
- Manage security integration into the SDLC
- Perform hands-on security testing of our products and services to discover risks
Position Requirements Include:
- Working knowledge of common languages such as Ruby, GO, Python, Javascript, Scala, etc
- Five or more years of relevant application security experience
- Experience building, operationalizing, and maintaining integration of security tools into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with SaaS applications deployed on AWS
- One or more relevant certifications such as CEH, GPEN, GWEB, GWAPT, GCPN, etc
- Experience working with large financial institutions or other large enterprises in a regulated industry
