Job Summary
An engineering and design firm is filling a position for a Remote Application Specific Integrated Circuit Design Engineer in Cedar Rapids.
Must be able to:
- Perform verification activities (both simulation and hardware test) to satisfy the objectives of DO-254
- Participate in customer and certification authority audits to ensure adherence to customer requirements and regulatory guidelines
- Estimate, track, and report project costs and schedules
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 6+ years of experience
- Familiarity with RTL coding in VHDL
- Experience using FPGA simulation tools
- Familiarity with NSEU effects on volatile memory elements
