Job Summary

An email service for developers needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Application Support Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling level-appropriate customer support requests
  • Escalating support requests as necessary through the appropriate channels
  • Documenting all customer support phone calls/chats via the ticketing system

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service via phone, chat, and ticket support
  • A basic understanding of email receipt and delivery
  • Basic knowledge of concepts surrounding email composition
  • Knowledge of email deliverability techniques such as IP and domain reputation
  • Ability to execute commands in multiple programming languages
