A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Application Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Troubleshooting procedures and then transition them over to Operations team.
• 40% Production Support, 40% Development, and 20% Documentation/Testing

Position Requirements Include:

• Need to know how to code files, Dojo's, running multiple J2EE apps in container
• Must be able to deal with SQL queries and handle tunning of them
• Will need to understand load balancing and memory in UNIX
• Ability to handle Root Cause Analysis and documentation
