Job Summary

A software development company that creates engineering tools has an open position for a Remote Application Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor and maintain operational readiness of Enterprise Applications
  • Automate manual enterprise operations tasks and optimize business process
  • Provide Level 2 Incident Management support for Order management and related applications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Preferably 4-10 years hands-on experience in SAP
  • Overall seeking 2-5 years hands on experience with AWS
  • Must be able to write scripts and coding languages like Java/Python, ideally 2-5 years experience
  • Familiarity with working on web applications and microservices
  • MySQL/NO-SQL/ General database experience
  • Excellent ability to manage urgent requests from customers
