Job Summary

A health insurance technology company is in need of a Remote Application Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Participating in the day-to-day operational support and service delivery of IT systems
  • Identifying operational problems by observing and studying system functioning
  • Analyzing data and information to identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in application support, operations engineering, or service desk
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL best practices
  • Working knowledge of cloud & virtualization technologies and vendors
  • Working knowledge of data integration, contact service, and data support solutions
  • Strong interest in health care
