A health insurance technology company is in need of a Remote Application Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in the day-to-day operational support and service delivery of IT systems
- Identifying operational problems by observing and studying system functioning
- Analyzing data and information to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of professional experience in application support, operations engineering, or service desk
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Working knowledge of cloud & virtualization technologies and vendors
- Working knowledge of data integration, contact service, and data support solutions
- Strong interest in health care
