Job Summary

A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Application Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Triaging and resolving software application issues
  • Assisting in resolution of product issues through client/customer education
  • Supporting key business events and data migrations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant Business or IT related support role
  • Analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Ability to collect and analyze complex material and data, and present it in accessible formats
  • Good working knowledge of SQL Server, Access, JavaScript and HTML
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with stakeholders
