Job Summary
A privately-held third-party logistics company is filling a position for a Remote Application Support Analyst I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Training users in the proper use of specific software
- Maintaining a log of calls to the Applications Help Desk and remedial action taken
- Escalating urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate resources in the IT department
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Relational database experience
- Associates Degree in IT or equivalent help desk experience
- SQL query writing experience
- Data analysis skills
