Job Summary

A privately-held third-party logistics company is filling a position for a Remote Application Support Analyst I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Training users in the proper use of specific software
  • Maintaining a log of calls to the Applications Help Desk and remedial action taken
  • Escalating urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate resources in the IT department

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Relational database experience
  • Associates Degree in IT or equivalent help desk experience
  • SQL query writing experience
  • Data analysis skills
