A payment technology services company has a current position open for a Remote Application Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking ownership and deliver high quality solutions for issues and requests
- Resolving issues and requests in a timely manner with minimal supervision and perform root cause analysis
- Writing SQL queries to perform data changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Comprehensive idea on how web applications work in a Windows and Linux environment
- Experience supporting applications and being On Call
- Extensive knowledge and experience writing SQL Server queries
- Troubleshooting skills and basic commands for Windows and Linux operating system
