Job Summary
A manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Application Support Specialist in Louisville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites to perform preventative maintenance
- Track and thoroughly document all customer issues in our ticketing system
- Demonstrate superior customer service
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work 1st shift onsite for 3-6 months; ability to attend meetings & events
- Ability to work 3rd shift remotely after 3-6 months
- Bachelor's Degree with strong computer skills
- Ability to write and understand SQL Queries
- Skills with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and various Databases
- Classroom experience with Databases OK
