Job Summary

A health information technology company is seeking a Remote Application Support Technologist I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Applying basic knowledge of SQL, writing queries and EDI resolution
  • Working alongside the team to research, fix and automate healthcare transaction processing issues
  • Engaging web-based software support and/or healthcare experience in a data/process analysis

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or a related field
  • 2 or more years of experience in IT customer support
  • Have a solid understanding of computer desktop application for MS Office Suite
  • Possesses efficient key boarding/data entry skills
  • Previous experience with .Net, PowerShell or other scripting language, FTP, and/or XML is ideal
