Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Applied Behavior Analysis Clinical Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide initial and ongoing training for and BC/MT/BA/BC-ABA workers and insures
- Develop and maintain an individualized training plan for all supervisees
- Evaluate training needs on an ongoing basis and completes performance evaluations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- There will be required travel (to various CBH/PCS Offices) up to approximately 30% of the time
- Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or clinical social worker
- A certification as a Pennsylvania Board Certified Behavior Analyst is required for this position
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Extensive knowledge of the basic principles of psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis
