A technology company is seeking a Remote Appointment Follow Up Specialist in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizing sales pitches and sales techniques digitally
- Communicating, through company's texting platform, with current and prospective customers
- Providing feedback to supervisor on sales techniques and other aspects of texting platform to drive continuous improvement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
- Strong written communication skills, computer skills, typing skills, including Microsoft Office programs and adaptability
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and persuasively through written text
