A technology company is seeking a Remote Appointment Follow Up Specialist in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Utilizing sales pitches and sales techniques digitally
• Communicating, through company's texting platform, with current and prospective customers
• Providing feedback to supervisor on sales techniques and other aspects of texting platform to drive continuous improvement

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to type 40+ WPM
• Strong written communication skills, computer skills, typing skills, including Microsoft Office programs and adaptability
• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and persuasively through written text
