Job Summary
Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, the full-time Remote Appointment Setter will schedule appointments with the sales team, build strong relationships, and maintain organized records while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and schedule appointments with the sales team
- Build strong relationships to facilitate smooth transitions to deeper conversations
- Deliver at least three qualified leads to the sales team each week and provide feedback for improvement
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in appointment setting or client engagement
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
