Job Summary

To support a sales-driven environment, the full-time Remote Appointment Setter will make high-volume outbound calls, convert leads into qualified appointments, and build rapport with homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound calls as needed
• Convert new and existing leads into qualified appointments for Design Consultants
• Build value in consultations and confidently address objections to secure appointments

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion is strongly preferred
• Strong discovery skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions
• Confidence in handling objections and guiding conversations toward clear next steps
• Ability to stay focused and self-motivated in a remote work environment
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
