Remote Appointment Setter

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Appointment Setter will make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers, convert leads into qualified appointments for Design Consultants, and build rapport while navigating objections and questions in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Make over 100 outbound calls daily to prospective customers and handle inbound calls as needed
• Convert leads into appointments by asking effective discovery questions and building value in consultations
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and follow up consistently with leads through various communication methods

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or a performance-driven environment is strongly preferred
• Confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong discovery skills and the ability to handle objections effectively
• Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve measurable results
• Ability to stay focused and self-motivated in a remote work environment
