A construction supply company is filling a position for a Remote Appointment Setter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering incoming calls by greeting customers and introducing yourself and the company
- Ensuring our customer is heard and not interrupted during conversation or questions
- Collecting customer information, in addition to, their specific product and service needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to stay calm and productive during surges of high call volume
- Information retention and attention to detail
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM coupled with accurate data entry
